We specialize in custom work ,by custom work we mean we can tailor a cylinder head
or engine to your requirements not every head needs to be ported to its maximum or machined for screw in studs or positive seals.

Standard
head

Full service:(basic service)
     Chemical clean and inspection of parts.
     Magnetic crack test (cast iron heads only)
      Valve refacing .
      Valve guide cheking
      Valve seat cutting (concentricity checked)
      Head face machined.
      Reassemble

When guides are checked we look at existing clearances and if they are not up to standard, we
adjust clearances in most cases with genuine K-LINE bronze bullet guide liners.

Seals &
studs

Now performance machining starts.
the guides get machined for positive seals, to keep the oil on the right side of the chamber
machining for screw in studs and guide plates to hold down the roller rockers in the high performamce rev range.

The heavy duty performance engine often needs
heavy duty valve train gear including bigger springs
and bigger springs need bigger spring seats which are machined to perfection with our Sunnen VG20.
